The Hostel provides bedding (sleeping bags are not allowed), and rents towels for fifty cents each. There is a community kitchen as well as common areas for gathering and socializing. Hostel guests will have in and out privileges throughout the day. The Monterey Hostel is within walking distance of the Conference Center (about a 20 minute walk). Home Stays

The Unitarian Universalist Church of the Monterey Peninsula and Unity of Monterey Bay will provide home stay opportunities for some ACM delegates. Costs for a home stay are $20 per day and will include a private room and use of the bathroom facilities – no meals or kitchen privileges. We are working to arrange home stays within walking distance of the Conference Center, but some home stay locations may require transportation. Local bus service is available from many locations. If you would like to arrange for a home stay, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

Camping

ACM Campground will be set-up in the group overnight area at Veteran's Memorial Park in Monterey. From there, the walk TO the Conference Center is a piece of cake, but the walk BACK is all uphill, so plan accordingly! The park is quite beautiful and includes amenities like hot showers and full restrooms. Fees for camping are $10 per person per night. If you would like to stay in ACM Village, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
