Confirm that you are running the current version
of Windows Media Player.
The current PC Version is Windows Media Player 10
To find your current version, open Windows Media Player and
go to Help - About Windows Media Player.
(On a PC, Windows Media Player is located in Start - Programs
- Acessories- Entertainment.)
If you are running versions earlier than 9, please upgrade

If there is a long delay or the player freezes
in a "Buffering", "Waiting", or "Connecting"
stage, you may have a firewall, network address translation,
or other prohibitive network structure (common in DSL and
cable modem systems).
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Network tab.
Under Protocols, clear the UDP checkbox.
Set Use Ports Text Box to equal 550-9000.
If you receive a specific error message, on a PC, click
on Start - Run and type mplayer2.
When the legacy media player opens, click on File - Open
Type in http://www.ampmedia.org/asx/public24.asx
