WHAT IS AN AMP COMMUNITY PRODUCER?
All Monterey County residents and non-profit organizations are invited to present their non-commercial views and news through AMP Media’s channels on cable TV, live web streaming and video on-demand.
There is small fee for broadcasting your show on AMP TV if you represent a non-profit organization or if you are a resident of Monterey, Marina, Seaside or Pacific Grove. Other county residents are eligible if they volunteer time to AMP or pay a modest fee to have their programs presented.
Need training, equipment or other support for creating your programs? AMP offers all this for Community Producers. Training is offered in basic camera operation, video editing and studio productions. A small fee is charged for each class. Once training is completed, equipment may be reserved and checked out for community projects.
